[Answer]Internet Connectivity

Question：When I try to connect to the Internet I receive the following message:

Thank you for posting to the Answers forums.  We will need more information to be able to assist you.  How do you connect to the Internet - do you use cable, DSL, satelite, dial-up, etc.?  Are you on a home network - is your computer connected to a router, either through an Ethernet cable or wirelessly?  What program gave you the error you reported - did that come from Internet Explorer or some other program?  Have you tried shutting your computer down and rebooting it?  Check the cable that connects your computer to your router or modem.  If there are other computers there can they get on the Internet?

Answer 3：I have a home network with a Ethernet cable and router. I shut my computer several times and I used Restore system several times but without success. The cale and the router work well on other computers.
