[Answer]SYNC issues

Question:I've having this issue with my BB pearl but I've also had the same problem with an I POD nano in the past. My computer shows that it recognizes my device but it doesn't read for SYNC to even be an option. When I clicked on an icon in the bottom right hand of my screen it showed BB connected but something about "com" not enabled or something like that. Maybe you can help?
