[Answer]Scanner and camera wizard for vista?

Question: I've searched the web on this and found that there are many many people like me that like the Windows XP scanner and camera wizard for importing photos better than the one in vista.  However I haven't yet found a solution on the web for this.  I have 4 boys and like putting their photos in individual folders labeled after each of them.  I can't do this in vista and I can't do this in Windows photo gallery live.  The scanner and camera wizard from XP made this very easy to do.  Does anyone know of a solution to this or a 3rd party application that does the same thing?

Answer 2:

I just had this problem today.  It is really easy once you figure it out, if you open Microsoft Publisher then select blank document.  Click insert from the menu, and picture, then from scanner.  Once that comes out it will say select a scanner and the picture will automatically come out and you can save it in which ever format you prefer.  Hope this helped.

Answer 3: Thanks for the reply.  I don't think I have Publisher.  With the way you have suggested, can you have a camera with 200 pictures on it.  Then select 50 of them to go into a specific folder, once selected the software automatically selects the proper file name and adds it on to the last file number listed (steven 3456, steven 3457, etc).  Then will delete it from the camera.  Then I can go back select 50 more pictures and put them in a different folder, etc.  Can Publisher do this?
