Question：My sister bought me a laptop with windows vista home premium. Once my computer ran an update I started getting warnings my software wasn't genuine. When entering the key code the system as the key code is not valid. What are my options?

1. Click Start, and in the Search box type: slui.exe 4
2. Press ENTER on your Keyboard
3. Select your Country.
4. Take the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.
