Question：
I have a problem activating my Windows Vista after my hard drive crashed on my laptop. Now that i have installed Vista again it is asking for my activation key on the bottom of my laptop. When I enter it it says that this key is already in use. Please help as I have only a couple of days left for reactivation.

It is in use, by your previous install.
Try this, and hold on for a real person:
1. Click Start, and in the Search box type: slui.exe 4
2. Press ENTER on your Keyboard
3. Select your Country.
4. Take the Phone Activation option, and hold on for a real person.
