How do you change ownership of photos in Vista Home Premium 64 bit?

Question:

When I look at the details tab of the property box on a photo, it says I own it, no matter what I do.  How can I change it to put the copyright owner in?  How can I edit the details tab to change ANYTHING there?

I have only had Vista since Friday and already I'm frustrated by it.  How the heck do you use this thing?

Answer 1: right click on file go to properties then click on security and then advanced you should be able to transfer ownership to who ever

Answer 2:Ok, this is the method I found (after a days work) to change the ownership of a file in vista 64.

1. right click on the file
2. click on the Security" tab
3. click on the "advanced" button
4. click on the "ownership" tab
5. if the owner you want is not on the list , click the "edit" button
5a. tell vista it is ok to run this program
5b. select the correct owner (Owner MUST be a user on your system)
    5c. click "apply" button
6. if the owner is on the list, just click the "apply" button
7. Click the "OK" button and exit properties.
8. right click on properties
9. click on the "details" tab
10. scroll down to the "ownership" line, it should have the correct name on it now.

problems:  you have to enter the person's name as a user on your system temporarily
you have to do this on each file, one at a time (yuck) - I have not figured out yet how to do this to a group of files, if anyone knows how to do this, let me know

Answer 3:opps, ignore item 6, you have to go to "edit" everytime, because the "apply" button won't light unless you edit.
