windows mail says I have errors , that won't let me fix

Question：WINDOWS mIAL KEEPS POPPING UP ON THE SCREEN    It says:  errors - 71 messages user (PII) failed

windows mail keeps popping yp on the screen, even when I'm on a another site.   IT SAYS:  Error  71 messages user clownski12yahoo  failed            click I Tasks right next to errors  that Says: X   which has a red X oVER IT.   ERROR INSTALLED FAILED.     i TRY TO CLICK ON IT AND WON'T DO ANYTHNG.     THEN i HAVE TO CLOSE IT OUT...........
