[Answer]movie maker

Question:i created a slideshow in movie maker and wish to change the duration of the pics but don't see how. options allow to change duration of added content but i want to change existing content

Answer 1:Welcome to the Microsoft Windows Vista Communities site.

Windows Movie Maker photo slideshow durations…

If you have already "published" a slideshow then added it to a new project you will be unable to modify the durations. The reason being is that a published slideshow is simply a video file, and cannot be edited in that manner through Windows Movie Maker. You will need to locate the original project file (.MSWMM), and that will allow you to modify the original slideshow.

Something that will save you loads of time…

If you often make picture slideshows, and think the default duration is too long or slow you can modify it. This will save you loads of time and hassle of having to modify each individual picture's duration if you already have a set number in mind. For instructions on how to do this see below:

How-to modify the default slideshow duration in Windows Movie Maker…

1.     Open Windows Movie Maker.

2.     Click Tools, click Options, and then click the Advanced tab.

3.     Under Default durations you will see Picture duration.

4.     Modify that value to your preference, and then click OK.

5.     Every picture added after that change will be set to your new default duration.

Answer 2:I am having a similiar problem.  I am not able to "click" and OK button b/c one isn't available.  The window takes the entire length of my screen so i am unable to see the bottom to be able to click anything.  Is anyone else having this same issue?
