[Answer]engine com module?

Question：Keep getting message that says Live update engine com module sopped working. What does this mean? My computer has gotten extemely slow. Brand new computer(less than 2 weeks old) Thank you

I suggest contacting Norton from Symantic to see if they have a solution to this problem.
