Question:I have recently switched from Media Player 9 on Windows 98SE, to Media Player 11 running Windows XP. I had been creating .wmv files using "Flip-4-Mac" in aspect ratios 320x240 and 480x360. Those files still play with the correct aspect ratio in Quicktime on my Mac. However, on my new PC with Media Player 11, they play looking ever-so-slightly "pinched"--the aspect ratio is just a shade off. I don't see any controls in the player itself to adjust this, and I want people using Media Player 11 to see this correctly. I could try creating the files just a little bit narrower in the first place so that Media Player 11 would distort them, and the end result would look right--but then everyone else playing it with an older version would see it distorted. Is there any solution to this?
Thanks,
Steve s.
