Question：I have an ACER ASPIRE 5920G when I try to do a Complete PC System Restore, I just get a 'Complete PC Backup Reparse Point 0x80071126', error when clicking box. Can anyone help please.

If you are having trouble with Acer's Recovery process, you will have to contact Acer.
It is their Recovery process, not Microsoft's.
