error on desktop, cannot find drive\file

Question：whenever i open my computer or refresh the desktop, an error like this always comes out: E:\melai\desktop cannot be found...how to remove that error?..i dont have drive E

The issue here seems to be with the User Profile. You can try creating a new user account and check if the issue persists. If the error does not pop up again, then follow the link below to fix the corrupted user profile and follow the steps "To copy files to the new user profile".

To create a new user profile, follow these steps:

Note: To create a new profile, you must first create a new user account. When the account is created, a profile will also be created.  1. Open User Accounts by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel, clicking User Accounts and Family Safety and then clicking User Accounts.  2. Click Manage another account.  If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.  3. Click Create a new account.  4. Type the name you want to give the user account, click an account type, and then click Create Account. Note: Do not give the existing user name for the new user account.
