2. Restart the computer.

3. Download the update Microsoft Office Access Runtime and Data Connectivity 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2) manually from the below link and install :

1st, I can't find the Microsoft Office Access Runtime and Data Connectivity 2007 Service Pack 2 (SP2) in the list of installed updates
2nd, I downloaded the update from the link you show, but when installing I get the message "the installation of this package failed". That's all !
What should I do ?
