Upgrade to sp2 Vista Home Premium (Italian version) fail - Error 0x80041010

Question：I have a Windows Vista Home Premium with sp1.
When I try to install sp2, after licence agreement the installation fail with "Unknow Error" and this error code: 0x80041010.
How can I resolve?

I hope you are doing good. I would require some error log files before I can suggest you any steps:
 
To access the log files, follow the steps below:
 
1. Click on startm then click on run.
 
2. Type %windir%\logs\cbs\*.* and then press enter.
 
3. Click on start then click on run.
 
4. Type %windir%\WindowsUpdate*.log and then press enter.
 
5. Click on start then click on run.
 
6. Type %windir%\inf\setupapi.dev.log and then press enter.
 
Please copy and paste the log file contents so that I can analyse them.

- CBS.log: access denied
- CBS.persist.log : access denied
- CheckSUR.log:
