Question：i was useing my comp to watch netflix and it said new updates ready so i click install when it down it asked me to restart after that it would blue screen on start up so i booted it in safe mode and restored to befor the update now it all better why cant i update my comp
Answer 1：Hi,
Seems others are having this issue with Update.
Use process of elimination - with none installed right click on 2 and HIDE and then update windows.
If no blue screen its one of the other 2 so you can HIDE one of those and update the other one.
You should be able to end up with the 3 good ones installed and the offending one hidden. There
is a possibility that more than one causes it however you can use same process.
Also in Windows Updates you can click on installed updates on lower left - then right click on an
update and you can uninstall it.
Of course using a Restore Point puts you back to the start if needed.
