Question：How can this be fixed? I do not have System Restore enabled.
Answer 1：I am having the same problem. Was able to start in safe mode, but I don't know what's going on. It gets to stage 3 of whatever update it's running (I don't know, it updates automatically) and then has a fatal error and restarts itself.
