Vista Home Premium Upgraded to Vista Ultimate, Outlook Exchange still can't be set up

Question:purchased a PC with Home Vista Premium, and had Outlook 2007 installed. Wanted to set up my Outlook to include Outlook Exchange access to my work email. Realized Vista Home Premium needed to be upgraded to Vista Ultimate. Did that upgrade already but still can't get Outlook Exchange set up. Don't even have a mail icon in the control panel to initiate the Outlook Exchange email account setup. Reinstalled/Repaired Office 2007 and still the mail icon doesn't appear in control panel (conventional view).
