Zoo Tycoon 2 Zookeeper Collection?

Question：I bought the game zoo tycoon 2 zookeeper collection awhile ago and when i first got it it worked fine.Then it started to quit out everyonce and awhile and the only way to play it again was uninstall it and then install it again.I did that many times and then I bought the exspansion pack extinct animals.It worked fine once then it would not let me play it so I decided to uninstall it then install it again.This time though it would not let me install it again because when I clicked on the install it would bring me to the unistall setup.

So I decided to delete and profile having to do eith my game.Sadly it still won';t let me install it and now I don't know what to do.I really like this game and really want to play this game again but it won't work what should I do?

It sounds like the video card driver is malfunctioning.

Since the game is not uninstalled completely, try to uninstall it successfully. If un installation fails for some reason, then run the "Windows installer cleanup utility": http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/wlgeneraldev/thread/5c6888cb-b933-431c-aaea-da19603fce78

1. Update the graphics card driver.
Click Start, type devmgmt.msc and hit enter.
Expand Display Adapters and right click on the sub item and click update driver.

2. If Step 1 fails, then try to reinstall the video card driver.
Click Start, type devmgmt.msc and hit enter.
Expand Display Adapters, right click on the item and click Uninstall.
Restart the computer.
Visit the system manufacturer website to download the latest video card driver.
Install the driver and restart the computer for the changes to take effect.

3. Install the game successfully and restart the computer for the changes to take effect.

It looks like the game has compatibility issue. Try uninstalling and reinstalling the game in compatibility mode.
To uninstall the game, run the "Windows installer cleanup utility" tool.

After running the Windows installer cleanup utility tool, follow the steps given below to run the game in compatibility mode.
1. Copy the game to the hard drive.
2. Right click on the game setup file, click Properties, click Compatibility tab, under compatibility mode, check mark "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" and select "Windows XP (Service Pack 2)" from the drop down list. Click Apply and then click ok.
3. Under "Privilege level", click "Run this program as an administrator", click apply and then click ok.
4. Install the game successfully and restart the computer for the changes to take effect.
5. Play the game and check for its functionality.
