vista avtivation problem

Question：i activated vista 64bit manually when it was installed and now it wants me to activate again for no apparent reason, i have already tried to use the numbers given over the phone but said the numbers incorrect.

i have not done no hardware changes.

I have few steps here that might fix the issue.

 I would suggest you to enter the product key from the product update tool and activate the operating system.

Click on the link and update the product key: http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/selfhelp/PKUInstructions.aspx

I also suggest you to activate the copy by telephone

do i need to validate windows.

Welcome back.

Once you activate the copy of windows the next time you connect to internet it will automatically validate the copy.

Follow the steps below and activate the copy by telephone.
 1. Click on Start Menu.
 2. Type in slui.exe 4 in the search box and then press enter.
 Follow the instructions and the activate the copy.
