Question：Okay, well my problem started off with my computer working too slow. So I wanted to delete everything and restore it to factory settings. And that it what I did. After it finished, it said it will restart. Once it finished, it automatically restarted again, and then a black screen came up with a window that said:
Windows could not parse or process unattend answer file [C:\Windows\Panther\ unattend.xml]. The answer file is invalid.
I press the okay button, and it restarts, window pops up again, then restarts.... it continues looping around.
I can't get back to my desktop. How can I get passed it?
My computer is an HP and runs on Vista. And I don't have a recovery disk.
Apparently I can only go as far as the Blue screen that gives me the 3 options:
<Esc=Boot Menu>
<F10=Setup>
<F11=System Recovery>
Answer 1：It sounds like you have hardware failure. You need to contact HP tech support about the error.
