Question：I have recently downloaded itunes but everytime i try to buy music or set up an account it comes up with error 9808. I have contacted itunes support who have advised me to change some of the settings on my computer but it is still occuring. They have now told me i need to contact Microsoft because apparently some settings in windows can cause this error if they are not adjusted properly. has anyone else had this problem or know what to do about it?

Hi stilly,
You may try un-checking "Check for server certificate revocation (requires restart)".
Open Internet Explorer > Go to "Tools" > "Internet Options" > Then go to the last tab, "Advanced", and scroll down to the "Security section". Make sure that the fifth box "Check for server certificate revocation (requires restart)" is unchecked.
