Windows Vista will only boot in safe mode

Question:When booting Vista I get a two minute delay then the following blue screen:

*** Hardware Malfunction
NMI: Parity Check / Memory Parity Error
*** The system has halted ***

I have tried replacing the memory with known good RAM.  I have also tried a System Restore.

The computer is a Dell XPS M1210

I can boot into Safe Mode but nothing else.

Hi tskalski,
Did you run memory diagnostics tool? It may a memory problem. Run Windows Memory diagnostics tool: http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/Help/4edd5f80-def2-4d32-965c-116d49fb98721033.mspx

Answer 2:Actually, the correct problem was the Video RAM, not the standard RAM.  I found the answer by running Dell Diagnostics.  Thank you for the input though.
