Question：Hello,
I've tried several times to download both the 2007 Office Suite Service Pack 2 (SP2) and PowerPoint 2007 Help (KB957247) updates but they fail continually. (Am using Vista Home Premium and have SP1 downloaded for that).
I've tried using both Windows Update and also through the Microsoft website. I've followed some of the instructions in the help section and checked the services and office source engine etc., but this has no effect.
All other updates have downloaded without any problems,could someone please give me some advice?

There is a problem with the Microsoft.Office.Interop.Graph component. A parameter in the MSP may have been misconfigured. I was able to by pass and complete the remainder of the install OK by disabling rollback in group policy.

Firts of all, thanks for the advice, but unfortunately it has not succeeded. After downloading I tried to install and received the message "The installation of this package failed". Then a second box appeared with the message "Update for Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2007 Help (KB 957247) has stopped working. "A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution becomes available".
Can you please tell me what I should try next? I really would like to be able to install these downloads.
