Question：I just got new computer with vista premium home, and when I open windows media center the blue page fills the screen and the mouse pointer vanished. Is this normal? How do you fix this?

Thank you for your post. Please try the following steps to resolve your issue.
1. Click the 'Start Orb' > Click 'Control Panel' > Click 'Appearance and Personalization' > Click 'Personalization' > Click 'Mouse Pointers'
2. Select the 'Pointer Options' tab
3. Ensure the 'Display Pointer Trails' box is UNchecked
