What happens when I get my Official Copy?

Question：Running Windows 7 now and love it but I am thinking about reinstalling it on a Raid 0 setup for a little more speed loading (10,000 Raptor Drives) What is going to happen when I get my Official Release on Oct 22nd? Will I need to reinstall then? Can I do a clone of my drive now and then put that on my Raid 0 setup and not have to reinstall come October 22nd? Would be nice to be able to just input the new activation Key and be good to go but I seem to remember that not working with the Vista beta to official release

When you install the final version of Windows 7, you'll need to do a clean installation. So plan on backing up your data then reinstalling your applications and restoring your data.
