Question:I recently bought a new netbook and purchased Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007. I downloaded everything ok but when I go to launch the product I continually get an error.
I enter in my product key code which gets accepted. Then a few seconds after attempting to launch I get an error message that says:
"Microsoft Office Home and Student 2007 encountered an error during setup."
There's no further explanation and I have no idea how to get this to work. Any ideas?

Answer 2:I still haven't had this resolved. Any suggestions other than calling my credit card company and refusing payment for this? I've wasted hours trying to get this right and find an answer. This is a joke of an experience and really frustrating.
