Question:My Samsung Q45 has this problem of the MSDSM driver not being compatible whereas my Dell Studio 1737 upgraded satisfactorily. I would like to know from MS whether they are going to resolve this or the supplier of the MSDSM driver is held responsible - if only I knew what this driver is.

Answer 2:I am having similar problems installing SP2 and decided to ignore and continue, losing access to my laptop for several hours after experiencing problems and ended up having to use System Restore.
I have followed the guidance listed above, unfortunately I don't have the Hotfix listed above.
Should I still continue?
Answer 3:Ashish,
You're my hero!
