Question：Whenever i want to play music I use windows media player, but a few months ago (and its still happening) whenever i click on it to open it doesnt respond my mouse symbol will do the load symbol for 2 seconds and then go back to normal, it just doesnt open... no error reports no freezing or crashing, just my mousekey loading for 1 second and then nothing, its like windows media player just doesnt listen and doesnt open when i tell it to, any ideas why this is happening cause this is very frustrating.

Thank you for posting. Have you made any changes to you computer that might have caused the problem. We can try to do a system restore to just before you started having the problems with Media Player.

Answer 2：i used the cmd and scanned but every time i do it it starts verifying but my computer always freezes up when it gets to 63%, then i cant press ctrl alt delete it just freezes a few times i couldnt move my mouse. every time i have to shut it off with the button on the front.
