error could not access network location %appdata%

Question:This is only one of the problems I am having while trying to unistall a program, it is also telling me I am not the adminstrator, I am the only one setup as administrator on the system. Why is this happening?

Answer 1: wrighttone77, for more enhanced security and safetyl, Vista by default does not enable the Administrator account, however your profile is part of the Administrator Group, which gives you much of the same privilages except for a few critical permissions. try running the uninstaller as an administrator. to do this Right-Click on the program uninstaller, and click Run As Administrator.

Also where is this program installed? it seems that it is linked to either a mapped drive or a network address? if that is the case then you are probably not part of the administrator group on the home link where the program has been installed, if so you will need to uninstall it from that PC, or you will need to apply permissions to that folder or drive for you to be able to edit it (ie uninstall).

See the following links for further assistance:

Answer 2:i am having the same issue above but there is nowhere for me to select run as administrator
