windows media player

Question：when useing windows media player to drag across music to sync i press the sync icon button but instead of putting the album onto my walkman it starts to put the whole lirary onto the player anybody out there any ideas.

Hi manu4ever1954,

You must have your sync setup to sync automatically, if you switch it to manual sync, you can choose the albums that you want to sync and it will sync only those.

Plug in

the device you want to sync, then click on the sync tab, go to the name of the device that you are trying to sync and select "set up sync..." on the top left of the window uncheck the button "sync this device automatically", that would allow you to sync only what you want.

You may have a check on

   thanks for your reply to my email "sorted" the problem, if i may could i ask you  about another related question when i drop an album into the sync list its only putting so many of the tracks into the panel , the only way is to put them in 1 at a time and then its fine .
