Windows Installer and Vista Service Pack 2

Question：Since installation of Vista's Service Pack 2 Windows Installer has stopped updating and installations of new programmes.

RegEdit settings appear to be OK.

What has happened?

You may want to download and install the latest version of Windows Installer on the computer.

Download Windows Installer 4.5 from the following link and then install it on the computer:

Answer 2：Santosh that link only contain updates for SP1 not for vista having SP2 install on it. I am also facing problems. i am trying to install CISCO VPN. Its generating ERROR CODE 1721.

Please help me out
One more thing i have tested 5.0.x version of CISCO CLIENT but results are the same.
