Question:cannot download adobe flash player. does Microsoft have a comparable program ?

-Let us know the error message that you are getting.
-Are you having problem downloading the program or installing the program?
Here is what you can try for now.
Method 1:
Put your computer in clean boot and then try to install the flash player.
Click Start, type msconfig in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Continue.
On the General tab, click Selective Startup.
Under Selective Startup, click to clear the Load Startup Items check box.
Click the Services tab, click to select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, and then click Disable All.
Click OK.
When you are prompted, click Restart.
After restarting the computer try to install flash player.

Try downloading Adobe Flash Player from the following
site and install it after you have it saved in a folder on
your hard drive. If you still have a problem installing
it...try installing from Safe Mode.
