Windows stucks at loading bar !

Question:

Hello , i have this problem form like 3 years. First i used to have Win XP , now i have Vista & the problem is the same.
When i star the computer it stucks on the loading bar.The loading bar stops working and windows won't start.
I found that when i turn the computer on, then turn it off from the power button on the back of the case and then turn it on again Windows loads & everything is OK - windows starts normally. With the XP i had only to push the restart button , but with Vista the PC won't ever restart right. Please tell we what should i do , beacouse i'm tired of turning on my PC that way every day !

Answer 1:

Hi Makaveli2323,

Thanks for posting.

Method 1:

Try booting into Safe mode and check if you still get stuck at startup.

The following link will provide you information about "How to start your computer in safe mode".

http://windowshelp.microsoft.com/Windows/en-US/help/323ef48f-7b93-4079-a48a-5c58eec904a11033.mspx

If the computer shows no sign of startup problems, then perform a clean boot.

Follow the steps mentioned in the link.

Method 2:

Try performing a startup repair by booting off the vista disc. This should eliminate any startup errors.

The following link gives information about the startup repair utility.

Try these out and keep us updated about the status.

Answer 2:

Thanks for your answer ! I will try doing those things , but the problem is not in my Vista i think.

Somewhere on the forums i read that one guy had the same problem and he disconnected his USB cabel
and that was the answer. I think i deal with something like that because i have installed XP and Vista a few times , i reinstalled them a few times also and the problem is still on.I guess it's something form the hardware that is cousing the trouble.

Do you think that is possible  and what should i do ?
