Question：Hi all Can anyone help. When I try to install a program, it comes up with the above error message. Why? This has only just started happening and I don't know why. I haven't changed any sttings to my knowledge.
Answer 1： Please perform the following:
Click the Start Orb and type CMD in the search, Right Click the Command Prompt Icon and left Click Run as Administrator
In the Command Prompt type the following:
subst G: C:\
Hit Enter
Attempt to install desired software
Answer 2：Thanks everyone for the answer save a trip to Best Buy who's going to charge 200 just to check that error 1327 will be better that HP will post this answer in their sites was so easy to fix it
