Question：I have just transfered my Works 4.5 wps documents from my W98, on to my Vista Home Premium which is using Works 9 and they would not open. A Microsoft web page said to install a Works 4 converter which I did and which made no difference. As is usual, Microsoft refuse point blank to help. I have tried saving the documents in every other format possible and this only destroys all the formatting. Can anyone please offer any help?

Answer 3：Thanks Michael and Fusion. Sorry for the delay coming back to you but I seem to be having trouble getting email replies so have not checked the forum. Also, I have had trouble logging in to this forum since I found out you had both replied. Michael, I have already tried the link you suggested and received no replies.
